salary is clearly below average, lots of students and interns that seem to just get burned; big rooms with lots of colleagues just sitting next to each other
make the process of application more transparent and let the applicants know about the procedure.
the rooms are quite big, so colleagues sitting 3 chairs next to you prefer to send you an email instead of talking to you directly.
There are a lot of students and interns working there , their perspective doesn't seem so well. I can't speak for the employes.

Depending on who of the founders you talk to and what they want you to believe, they tell you different stories about the current standing of the company. This is nothing new, but the completely different views where interesting.
The management practices seem good, as well as the team organization. Problems are dealt with efficiently.
I haven't had any problems with this employer.
Big, clean, open office. Nice and smart colleagues. High output but low stress. A very large kitchen with free coffee.
Hours are somewhat flexible and there is a lot of trust from the management.
Excellent development opportunities and good mentorship from more senior team members.

Working at SimScale means being part on a very intelligent and friendly team, having many learning opportunities, taking responsibility for your own work and being part on an open environment where everyone shares their opinion and can directly impact changes and progress.
Can't think of anything negative.
Not as improvement, but as suggestion, would be to keep hiring people following the same recruiting criteria, making sure both that they are the best for the job and they identify themselves with the company's organizational culture. This is what makes SimScale so special.
