The development and training approach of the company!
During my first week SIRIUS Consulting & Training AG we were sitting together and discussing a training plan based on my experience, skill level and linked to the planned projects. Beside this great approach to invest into personnel it is to highlight, that not only the training, but also the examen has been covered by the company!!
