Great place to grow, learn, and work with brilliant people
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I joined SIXT recently as a data scientist and have been genuinely impressed by the experience so far. The company has a dynamic, high-tempo environment that feels exciting rather than stressful. Collaboration is a big part of everyday work, and the data science team is full of talented, supportive colleagues who share knowledge openly and raise the bar for everyone around them.
Coming from academia, I appreciate the fast feedback cycles, the real impact of the work, and the opportunity to apply scientific methods to large-scale, real-world challenges. The projects are technically stimulating and well aligned with modern machine learning practices.
The onboarding was smooth, people across departments were welcoming, and the office itself is creative and inspiring, with thoughtfully designed work areas that make the space enjoyable to explore.
Overall, SIXT offers a motivating atmosphere, strong learning opportunities, and a culture that values innovation and teamwork. I already feel at home here and look forward to growing further within the company.
