Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Lean organisation. Open minded. Fun. Boss always shows interest and listens. Can laugh about himself.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Still a little bit understaffed in certain department‘s, but situation gets better (slowly but steadily).
Verbesserungsvorschläge
