The fact people need to put up with so much just to ask for a raise or promotion is excruciating. How people are given more opportunities if they know the right people and keep on praising them to make them happy.
PAY FAIR. Or just start hiring from lower wage countries and invest there then. People will not leave if you stop being so cheap. Stop trying to sell us very old office equipment, give away. It is shocking how much of a cheap stakes management can be. Do not make employees go through excruciating processes just to justify why they dreamt about getting a raise. It is a huge red flag
They have a budget for courses but that's never used. Managers tell you to use it but give no time to do so. If you want a good course it needs to be evaluated and might take months to even get any answer back. We give up and stay within youtube free how tos.
Grab the lowest wage for intern, that's what you will earn forever unless you are able to negotiate when you join the company. But be prepared to stay with those numbers forever
Some are bitter some are chill and couldn't care less, only looking for the company flexibility overall
Key worst thing in the company, how different people are treated and rewarded regardless of performance. In fact, you can be the best professional but they will find an excuse to why you are not as good. Might be because you showed too much enthusiasm or no enthusiasm at all. Or just a "feeling". Huge red flag
Invest in your staff careers, smaller teams and higher remuneration, too many projects flying around - focus on the important projects and have someone to manage those.
Good atmosphere only with your hierarchy direct team members (some!)
Depends a lot on the team
Theres no career development here. Once intern always a intern.
Non existent. You get a small allowance monthly for a meal and just promises of being able to attend events or organization courses.
Nobody cares.
Depends a lot on the team
Throw them some compliments, keep feeding their ego and you will be fine. Otherwise you will have a bunch of sharks trying to grab anything to go against you.
Also depends on the team but regardless, we see them as ego driven individuals. Some don't have the competence to be on their their positions and get easily triggered by allowing others to pursue career development
Home office first.
Way too often you will be faced with communication issues or "confusion" as excuse. Might be a promise of a raise to get with a "sorry I gave that idea, there might be some confusion... I didn't meant that" - way too often!
Absolutely none.
Only if you are in the cool kids club
Rewarding work, learning opportunities, very nice benefits, great colleagues and company, international teams
Some cool game initiatives were not completed...
Keep the focus on diversity and inclusion
They put in the effort to improve in a lot of areas.
Keep pushing for more education/ workshops, so people can grow in their field.
The computer security/administration is a bit overkill.
Employees should get bridge days off by default, since there are no people in the office anyway.
No crunch-time!
They offer back-training!
You can always ask for stuff that will make you improve your work.
They order glass bottles instead plastic ones.
They take immediate action when it comes to inappropriate behaviour.
It often happens that information is not communicated properly and you have to ask around yourself to get answers.
There are salary gaps between departments.
You'll get a lot of the same tasks when working in the mobile games industry, expect nothing else here.
Bodenständig und Pragmatisches Management.
- Gehalt, Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten, Fairness, Transparenz, interessante Aufgaben, coole Kollegen, nette Vorgesetzte
Soweit erstmal nichts
Inspiring colleagues to work with. Interesting projects with great support and opportunities to grow professionally. Amazing motivation across the company of creating the „next big thing“. Fridges full of fresh fruits, snacks, drinks, juices, beer, wine, etc. Undeniably impressive office and equipment easy to reach directly across Alexanderplatz next to a beer brewery. Transparent and fair. Best I have seen so far.
there is nothing bad to say
Air condition is not always stable in all rooms - in some its actually freezing :) However I know that janitor is aware actually and will hopefully fix soon
- Flache Hierarchien mit offenen Türen
- Weiterentwicklung je nach eigenen Stärken und Ambitionen
- interessante Projekte, Aufgaben und Challenges
- English als Firmensprache
Great team of skilled people to work with all around across all departments. An open, honest and transparent atmosphere. Challenging, engaging and changing projects across the year. Senior leadership team is highly motivated, engaged and constantly coming up with ideas how to improve business and communication to the right direction. Great work/life balance with free snacks, vegetables, drinks, juices, beer, company breakfasts, .... and free beer :P
Not really any cons that are worth calling out
So verdient kununu Geld.
