Two stars. Not a place where managers exactly throw with praise. Though if you never worked in a similar environment before as trainings are pretty rare too. Just like the motto "learning by doing" which is not always the way..
Kommunikation
No meetings or proper information about anything. No 1-2-1 meetings. No proper information about pay check, I had to ask where my commission was.

My boss was always reliable.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I would actually give zero here. Everyday something breaks and doesn't get fixed for weeks sometimes. Old version of PC / keyboard and standing up on feet all day long in a real bad posture. No fresh air / working AC.
