Treat and mind all employees' situations properly. When the pandemic began, virtually all employees on ProbeZeit were fired instead of being placed on the offered leave from the government (KurzArbeit). One of the few hotels in Berlin to make this decision even with their company image of being a "progressive" company. Please treat employees properly when situations get tough.

Crazy work hours and scheduling were not fair. Often working 10 days in a row.

None in my section of more than 20 people.

No place to change clothes. Must change in open hallways.

For the time working and days off, it was not close to enough.
