Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It is very flexible with the working hours and the offices are located very central.
I think it is a good employer for interns.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
They do not hear the criticism and the management believe they know it all and best. If you have so many people leaving and so few staying for more than 2 years, you should realize you are doing something wrong.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Company should stopped being micromanaged by top management, a lot of people are leaving. Trust your employees!!! The average tenure is 2 years, that speaks very poorly of the management. They should aim to stop behaving as a 40 people FinTech and try to move towards a established organization structure.

The working environment is getting worse with the time. The management board does not seem to understand and self reflect on how bad the current situation is. Lots of employee turnover.

The worst management I have ever experienced, they do not hear their employees and seem to not care about the consequences of their decisions. Most of the management board are friends of the top management.

There used to be town halls each quarter when things were going well, now we have not received any information in this format for many months already.
