Senior Management knows exactly where the weak spots of the company are and yet they will rather let >30% of the employees leave the company each year than to address and work on their issues

-Hire more people!! Don’t let one person do the work of 3 full time employees.
-Improve your onboarding process, I felt quite left alone when I joined the company
-Make sure that your employees don’t work 12h a day

The company itself is incredibly interesting and so are most of the tasks. If you can handle the pressure and lack of freedom then this is your place to be - learning curve throughout my time at Solactive has been impressive
