What I like about the employer
Ich liebe unser Team und die Außerbetrieblichen Aktivitäten. Unser Aufgabenfeld ist so facettenreich und wird nie langweilig. Unsere drei GFs sind mit an der Front und annähernd über alles informiert was wo passiert.

Gehalt kommt IMMER pünktlich, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Geschäftswagen, Jobrad, Firmenfitness, Firmenobst, Firmengetränke… es gibt nichts daran zu verbessern.

Wir bauen uns verkaufen Photovoltaikanlagen, unterstützen größere und kleinere Vereinigungen zum Schutz der Umwelt, unser Firmenobst ist bio, unsere Firmen Beanie und unser Kaffee ist fair Trade :-)

Selbstverständlich. Nichts ist wichtiger als die Erfahrung und das breite Wissen unserer älteren Kollegen.

Sehr flache Hirachien, eher Familiäre Verhältnisse trotz der hohen Mitarbeiterzahl.

2022 in unser neues Büro gezogen. Werkzeuge und auch Büroausstattung sehr uptodate.

Sehr transparente und offene Kommunikation.

In der Projektleitung, aber auch in jeder anderen Abteilung sind Frauen am Start und werden geschäzt. Ich würde sagen, dass jedem alle Möglichkeiten offen stehen.
Interesting tasks
Jeder kann sein Wissen über die Abteilungen verteilt weiter geben. Aufgaben werden überwiegend im Team gelöst und interei aufgeteilt.
