Nach langem überlegen fällt mir leider nichts ein.
Kommunikation weiter verbessern
Es sind einige Parkplatzmöglichkeiten vorhanden, jedoch währen diese durch den Mitarbeiterzuwachs der letzten Monate ausbaufähig.
Ein Unternehmen im Wachstum hat immer neue Herausforderungen. Bisher ist es es meiner Sicht gut gelungen zum einem dem Wandel gerecht zu werden und zum anderen die Organisation mitzunehmen und jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter. Insofern ehr die Hoffnung als der Verbesserungsvorschlag das auch in Zukunft weiter so umsetzen zu können.
