Mehr Respekt und Anerkennung für die Techniker, die diese Firma am laufen halten, sonst haben die keine mehr!

Keinen richtige Aufstieg möglich, nur mehr komplizierte Aufgaben, die gleich bezahlt werden.

Gehalt ist niedrig für das , was man für die Firma leistet. Auch für Kollegen, die schon mehrere Jahre dabei sind. Anfragen für Gehaltserhöhung werden sehr oft ignoriert.
