I liked it once but not anymore. The wrong persons took over the lead and now everything nice seems to be dying.

The HR department forgets obviously that the abbreviation HR stands not only fir resources but also for humans. I would recommend them a recommend a basic course in psychology. (My personal opinion from some very unpleasant experiences)
