Stressing on German language skills which i think is not very inviting for international colleagues, one of the reason why i left.

straight and no heirarchy.

not every one agrees on one stand, due to differences in experties, some tend to be more rash on others, especially talking bad about colleagues when he is not present.

No food cantene for office colleagues.

time planning for a project can be improved, atleast 50% is required for any project to get better results and reliable work. Clean transparency with external and internal.

Salary/Social benefits
Basic pay besides bonuses can be improved based on person capabilities. Overtime was considered as a plus for bonus which i dont agree.
Career/Professional development
good push for new certifications but not given much time, i have to take a week off and concentrate fully on exam to qualify it. Internal sync for sharing new skills especially in cloud area.
