The company wants to establish an environment of trust and ban a "blame game"-policy. Time pressure and deadlines are sometimes challenging and it is expected that people take ownership of their work. On the other side, it is also possible to claim problems and to talk openly about them.

We have flexible working hours for everyone, considering core working hours. In times of critical project paths, some overtime is needed. Balancing these hours is possible. The company tries to realize vacation wishes for everyone.

Personal development can be discussed individually. Training and visits to congresses are possible. You have to take action and look after it yourself. In hasty times, this gets less priority and attention.

When many people are in the office, it is hard to find some space to fully focus. These days are mainly used for socializing and exchange.
The flexibility to work remotely is always given. There are standing desks in the office.

Of course, communication has always room for improvement. We aim and have already improved the communication as part of the Scrum retrospectives. The company tries to find a good balance between meetings and focus time. Furthermore, the information is shared transparently with everyone in the company.

Interessante Aufgaben
No two days are alike! Though we have routines in the software development process, the work does not get boring. The only bothering thing is that the plans and ideas are already in the future, but we have a small pace due to the small team.
