The open-mindedness. Everybody tries to challenge eachother in their work. You work really autonomous which means you decide what projects to do. This makes your work very very enjoyable. You do the thing where you believe in most. The company is focused a lot on learning, so as a curious person you will really excel.
The company cares A LOT about your happiness. You notice that with great lunches, cool events and an amazingly creative office. + you are able to travel to amsterdam

The thing is: I know that you can get easily more and more responsibilities, the process of getting them just seems a bit 'uncertain'. There aren't yet clear 'pathways' to grow careerwise.
