Vertrauensarbeitszeit, kaum Überstunden (je nach Projekt), Überstunden können einfach abgebaut werden. Es gab nie Probleme mit dem Urlaub. Homeoffice war auch nie ein Problem seit Corona. Es gab auch gute Freizeitangebote.
