A balanced workplace that is very attractive overall.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There are not many companies that are involved in the promising sectors of the European economy. I am very pleased that ST is able to hold its own here.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
A wonderful environment. Very diverse in terms of nationalities and very informal.
Image
Well known and reputable.
Work-Life-Balance
Fair!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Lot's of initiatives for personal advancement, if you put in the work.
Gehalt/Benefits
Slightly above avarage
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Sustainability is taken very seriously, an astonishing amount of initiative for a semiconductor manufacturer.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I had great colleagues.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My bosses were wonderful. They challenged and encouraged me.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Not the fancy google building, but rock solid.
Kommunikation
Generally very professional, but seems a bit stringent on the part of HR. There is room for improvement here, but it's still okay.
Interessante Aufgaben
There is work that simply has to be done, but over time it becomes more and more responsible and interesting. That's how it should be!
