Arbeitsbedingungen
Employees are given great working conditions, equipment and trainings. However, I give only 4 stars because we need a bigger office, as we keep growing. But that will be solved soon as well :)
Kommunikation
Everyone is very open to hear new opinions and ideas. You can reach the person you want to talk to very easily (sometimes even just accross your desk!) As there are many tasks to do, sometimes we might not have time to communicate every little thing, but that will be improved :)

The company appreciates and supports all employees the same, no matter their gender, ethnicity or whatever else. We are all equal here.
Interessante Aufgaben
Work is never boring here. There are always interesting tasks to tackle and it's very cool that I can do whatever I enjoy the most and try new things.
