I believe that if the managing director and production managers were replaced by competent staff, this company would be viewed in a much better light and be in a much better position.
Unfortunately, however, the focus is on the wrong things...
It’s simply all about the money.
When an employee feels valued, they are happy to work; I think the reviews here on this portal speak for themselves...

Everything is old and broken – both the equipment and the machinery. There are a few new machines and investments, but some of these have been sold on, were poor investments, or had to be bought simply because it was mandated.
The flooring, both inside and out, is extremely damaged and full of holes…
You have to unstack the rolls by hand WITHOUT any tools designed for the job… Your back will thank you for it – because you’ll have back pain every day.
People only work there if they haven’t found anything else to pay their fixed costs, not because they enjoy their job, as it’s quickly ruined there…
The whole company is one big red flag.

Only those who ask get answers.
Otherwise, everything is decided without your knowledge; even if you’ve had a conversation, it doesn’t really matter...

It’s pretty decent, but you have to be careful sometimes about who you tell things to, otherwise it’ll end up in the boss’s inbox via email....
And where you work, it can happen that you get blamed for every single mistake....
But most people are quite friendly and helpful, apart from two or three exceptions...

You will be working on Saturdays, and on Sundays if necessary.
It may also happen that you have to work three shifts instead of two.
Your employer naturally expects you to be willing to do this.
