Everybody can be reasoned with and constant dialogue leads to results. Most decision makers listen very carefully what SMEs have to say and implement that in their strategies.

There is always change in software markets. If one is bored with day to day business, there are always a multitude of initiatives and research groups to join.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I personally value the presence of colleagues with 30 years of experience a lot. Be it stories from the market trenches or know how and experience, the older workers are a real asset. They made history in the music business with their work.
Arbeitsbedingungen
It was nice before, but since moving in the new building (Berliner Tor Center) it has improved even more.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
For the IM Market its among the best, but if cash is your only motivator look elsewhere. Social Care is good in Germany.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
None of my training requests have been rejected and all payed for. Most employees have had at least one change of position in their Steinberg careers. Some even left to pursue their own projects and later got the chance to return. I am very impressed with that.
