Super Verhältnis im Team und auch zwischen Mitarbeitern und Vorgesetzten, sehr persönliche Atmosphäre, es wird auf jeden individuell eingegangen. Die Arbeit macht Spaß und man wird als Mensch gesehen.
Die Kommunikation ist offen und alle relevanten Entscheidungen werden transparent, ehrlich und fair getroffen und kommuniziert.

Die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist super, eine Mischung aus konzentriertem Arbeiten und gegenseitiger Unterstützung. Dabei kommt ein kurzer Plausch mit den Kollegen nie zu kurz.
Der Support und die Stimmung sind einmalig, ich fühle mich sehr wohl.
