It took 3 (!) months before I got an answer on my application. The interview was very professional. During the interview we already found out this would not be a match for both of us.
Nevertheless, it still took again 1 month before the Absage was received. It took 3 months to arrange a 1,5 hour interview and another month to send an Absage...that's something that could be a lot better.
