This point is an absolute disaster. The leadership of the agency has zero literacy in anti-discriminatory business practices and suffers from intense brilliance bias, rewarding men for the work of their female colleagues. Women are systematically overlooked for pay rise and promotion, and are rarely even invited to present during pitches and client meetings. On top of that, women are the first to loose their jobs in the times of crisis and the behavior of male leaders is at times not only sexist but overtly misogynistic.

Very very few older colleagues.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Used for signaling virtue and/or winning design contests. Lower rank colleagues are often aware of social and environmental issues, but those who have any power are detached and disinterested, effectively blocking any efforts on the behalf of those who care.
Actually, trying to change ANYTHING in the reality of those almost feudal hierarchies is a daunting task, especially if you’re not a white German or Western man.

Non-existent, or only available to those who are on particularly good terms with the management.
