Heavily varies. If you can set your own boundaries it works well, but no support from leadership at all. Weekend travel and long hours (sometimes even weekend work) are mostly expected. Leadership does not properly address these things, even when confronted.

Great insights at the beginning but learning curve flattens quickly, promised promotions and career development paths often remain empty phrases

Salary is market average, but future adjustments seem unlikely (i.e. inflation) - competition mostly pays better & promised bonus is tied to unreachable metrics

The company is officially carbon-neutral, but travel picked up strongly (even for sustainability projects)

Generally terrible. Meetings to inform everyone happen, but are mostly a shallow show and followed by in-action.

There are talks of diversity but without action, management is entirely male, and many women leave after a short time
