Place seems like an absolute nightmare to work at, but at least they're upfront about it
Bewerber/inHat sich 2020 bei STTech GmbH in München als C++ developer beworben und sich schließlich selbst anders entschieden.

Interview started with them asking me to turn on my camera but keeping theirs off (weird). Interviewer opened by saying he was impressed with the coding exercise I completed in advance. He then proceeded to mock and belittle every point of my education and previous work experience, while also describing in detail his own superior background - this went on for over an hour. It was then explained to me that this was a 40h/week position - not that I'd work 40h in each week, but that I'd be expected to deliver the results of 40h work from a properly qualified person, and surely for me that would take far longer to achieve.
In spite of all this I was offered the job the next day.
In summary: The interview gives a very clear idea of what the company culture and expectations are. I wish every company was this transparent.
Bewerbungsfragen
- Informatics is the only field that has any innovation still going on. Take Material Science for instance, everything there was to discover in Material Science has already been discovered! This is why I studied Informatics. Why did you not study Informatics?
- Were you in economic hardship when you took this engineering job? I don't see why anyone would want to take it.
