Unexpected mood and attitude switches from polite,
professional, almost friendly to accusatory, aggressive and
stress-inducing, resulting in a permanent state of psychological
unsafely for affected staff members.

What made it essentially impossible to continue working for the Studio
38 as a Senior Designer was receiving the (textbook discrimination) that
less experience designers including a Junior Designer, are earning a
higher salary. This fact demonstrated
existing inequalities and discrimination at the work place, inter alia
manifesting through unjustifiable and untransparent payment inequity.
Interessante Aufgaben
Many projects are potentially interesting and challenging, however, the individualistic creative approach often led to an average / unauthentic outcome.

They made us feel like we were the worst workers, they killed our creativity. The projects are taken from an old school point of view, it’s really hard to connect with the work flow the CEOs ask for. They are highly misogynist, with daily racism on comments and attitudes.
