A wonderful place to work
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The atmosphere, friendly staff, and very interesting environment.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
nothing so far :)
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I feel Corona's condition shows us that we can work perfectly from home, I would love to have that policy extended after we start to come back regularly to office.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I was very welcomed since day one, however my onboarding circumstances were not the best due to Corona's condition, but the HR people made it extremely smooth and extremely friendly to make me feel like home.
Work-Life-Balance
I feel there is less pressure here than my ex-employers and I have the chance to develop myself personally and technically.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
A lot of plastic inside the products but there are strategies to reducing the usage of plastic
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Anything is possible on request and it will be funded if it is in accordance with the company
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Nice and friendly
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very good, thanks to the comfortable office facilities and the Bose QC25 headphones. :)
Kommunikation
Open Minded and easy and nice all the time.
Gehalt/Benefits
I am satisfied and look forward to going back to the office soon to use the free BVG subscription
