Dass einem die Freiheit gegeben wird eigene Projekte voranzutreiben, sich tief mit Thematiken auseinanderzusetzen und sich an verschiedenen Projekten sowohl im eigenen als auch anderen Departments zu beteiligen. Die Zeit bei Superchat war sehr bereichernd für mich und ich konnte mich in vielen Belangen entwickeln - in meiner Arbeitsweise, meinem technischen Verständnis und der Nutzung verschiedener relevanter Tools. Neben vielen Teamevents und einem tollen Büro bietet es Superchat einen Ort zur Entfaltung und Wachstum den ich so selten erlebt habe.

Hier sind eine Menge junger Leute, die gemeinsam etwas erreichen wollen. Das motiviert ungemein.
Ich würde es vorziehen, weniger Praktikanten oder Founders Associates einzustellen und stattdessen auf fest angestellte Mitarbeiter zu setzen, die sich langfristig binden.
Die Arbeitsatmosphäre empfinde ich als positiv, konstruktiv und motivierend
