Eher schwieriges Thema, da von den oberen Stellen oft eine sehr chaotische Kommunikation herrscht. Jeden Tag ändern sich Meinungen und angebliche Vorschriften (z.B. wie der Laden auszusehen hat). An einem Tag wird etwas gelobt und am nächsten ta kritisiert.
