Eher schwieriges Thema, da von den oberen Stellen oft eine sehr chaotische Kommunikation herrscht. Jeden Tag ändern sich Meinungen und angebliche Vorschriften (z.B. wie der Laden auszusehen hat). An einem Tag wird etwas gelobt und am nächsten ta kritisiert.
Kolleg/-innen waren bisher immer größtenteils sehr locker und gut drauf
Jeden Tag dasselbe, zieht sich extrem und man lernt nach einem halben Jahr auch nichts mehr Neues, also Abwechslung gibt es kaum aber damit muss man eben auch rechnen
