I started more than a year ago at SVolt. My time here has guided me to grow tremendously SVolt is an exceptional company that deserves high praise for its innovative approach and commitment to sustainable energy solutions. From my experience and research, SVolt has positioned itself as a leader in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, providing cutting-edge battery technologies and advancing the adoption of clean transportation.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
We do not have so many team activities. Normally 2 or 3 times a year paid by the company. I will be more thrilled if we can organize more activities for the team maybe once in a quarter or sometimes overseas. If not, monthly dinner out sounds awesome, too.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I expect more hospitality for the office. We have complimentary water, soda water, fresh coffe, tea, hot cocoa, but i would like to have fresh fruit, cookies and soft drink.
