Die Kommunikation ist schlecht. Es wird zwar gesagt, dass man ein offenes Ohr hat, aber Verbesserungsvorschläge werden meist ignoriert. Entscheidungen werden einfach getroffen ohne Rücksprache.
Der Zusammenhalt unter Kollegen ist okay. Man hilft sich gegenseitig, da man oft auf sich selbst gestellt ist.
