The company provides an incredible amount of space for learning and professional growth. If I want to take on new or more challenging, developmental projects, I always get the opportunity. Management is also extremely accommodating when it comes to the tech stack - I can get whatever tools I need for my work. Moreover, there is a huge openness to integrating AI tools into our daily workflows, which is fantastic and keeps the work modern

It would be nice to have some funds for external training. We have a lot of space to explore things on our own, but sometimes taking a professional course or getting certified would be a huge plus.
