Recommendable employer with pursuitable goals for the future
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Free choice of remote or on-site work
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Processes should be more clarified; since we are still a start-up, there are a lot of ever evolving processes
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very good atmosphere in the team and as I can say within the company regarding the team-mates I have met
Image
Very good to the outside, I think
Work-Life-Balance
Due to remote work/company, you have to organize yourself very good; however, this also means that you can balance your work-life quiet good
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You have a yearly qualification bugdet which you can use for any qualification you like to achieve
Gehalt/Benefits
There is a development loop which you do not have to bump; that's a big plus in my opinion
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
For example, technical stuff that can be reused, is given to new employees
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As I can say, in my team it seems to be very high
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Seems to be good, although the older ones are also quiet young ;-)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Though the calender is very full, my head of is always available for questions and remarks
Arbeitsbedingungen
You get everything you need for your daily work (even the technical equipment for your home office!); you are allowed to work from everywhere in germany; there are only quarterly kick-offs where you have to come to the office in Hanover; however, the office is quiet nice and I love also working from there
Kommunikation
Trying to keep a high transparency in how customer projects and thus the goals develop
Gleichberechtigung
Our team tries to enhance in getting more women for the open positions; however, the IT sector is strongly men-dominated, but we are fighting for more women in our team
