Overall, it is very nice to work here.

This is great! You can organize yourself, when and where to work. As long as you have your responsibilities as a priority and a good communication with your team, everything is possible.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Despite most people are in Home Office (by choice), colleagues are willing to help and support each other. At team events it is always nice to meet and share.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Full support. You get everything you need to work comfortably (also in Home Office). The office well located, is very nice and equipped for everyday work and meetings.

Kommunikation

It could be more fluent, however, everybody is open for feedback.

There is a development loop which you do not have to bump; that's a big plus in my opinion

Seems to be good, although the older ones are also quiet young ;-)

Though the calender is very full, my head of is always available for questions and remarks

You get everything you need for your daily work (even the technical equipment for your home office!); you are allowed to work from everywhere in germany; there are only quarterly kick-offs where you have to come to the office in Hanover; however, the office is quiet nice and I love also working from there

Trying to keep a high transparency in how customer projects and thus the goals develop

Gleichberechtigung

Our team tries to enhance in getting more women for the open positions; however, the IT sector is strongly men-dominated, but we are fighting for more women in our team

It's a startup in a tough environment where a lot of things still need to be built and/or reconsidered - but overall work-life-balance is never at risk and employee wellbeing is being addressed

99% Remote Work. Man kann sich die Zeit selbst einteilen und man darf 180 Tage im Jahr im Ausland arbeiten einfach traumhaft.
