Working on clients' site all over Europe/World can be a challenge for work life balance. Great if you love to travel though. The company is always open to find solutions to improve this (e.g. 4 days travelling an 1 day in the office)

Strongly depending on business situation. Size and flat hierarchy does not allow for frequent formal promotions (title change). Continuous development is supported. No "up-or-out" montality
