In my department, everyone is attentive and supportive, and the same is true for other departments. The work environment is very positive, and cross-team collaboration is excellent. Whenever I interact with colleagues, they listen carefully, and any issues I raise are taken seriously. If possible, they take action to resolve them.
None as of now
I’m not sure if this is an issue on the employer’s side or more on the employees’ side, but most of my colleagues are German, and the primary language in our German-based office is German. As someone who is not yet fluent in German, it can be a bit challenging to fully integrate when colleagues mostly speak in their native language, especially in group settings. One-on-one interactions are usually fine, but I often feel that improving my German language skills would help me assimilate better with others. This isn’t necessarily a formal suggestion, but it’s something I’ve noticed and experienced.

We understood from your feedback that you still find it a little difficult to communicate in German in group discussions, but would like to learn it better.
Basically, we are very supportive at TA Europe and we can only encourage you to speak directly to your colleagues in a specific situation and ask them i.e. to speak a little slower or actively ask if you don't understand something.
