Toxic culture. Zero work-life balance. Employees are treated as disposable asset.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Not a suggestion, but they have to change their entire culture. Good people cannot sustain here. You only live once. The mental trauma is not worth it.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
One of the worst companies I have worked at
Image
Overrated for what they do.
Work-Life-Balance
One of the worst in Munich. You're supposed to work 45-50 hours per week. Some even work until 10PM/weekends and it is highly encouraged. Burnout what?
Don't believe me? please join and find out yourself.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You have yearly education budget
Gehalt/Benefits
Pretty good salary on paper. But compared to how much hours you have to put in. It's average.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Only if it makes the company money.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are some authentic connection, but cross team cohesion is non existent. People rarely speak out. We only spoke freely when we are at lunch or coffee break, away from the office.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
They're letting go off pretty much all older/senior colleagues. You don't have to deal with them anymore.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very autocratic. Some of the upper management can be good politicians if they decide to switch career. Your voice rarely matters.
Managers are also nose-y and full of themselves. Want to leave a 5pm after finishing your daily task? Prepare to be questioned about it in the next meeting.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Sweatshop for interns and Engineer. I know it sounds a bit harsh, but I'd work for a company that pays me 20k less and have a good mental health
Kommunikation
Employees are fired, forced to leave overnight.
Gleichberechtigung
Pretty diverse.
Interessante Aufgaben
Startup pace. There are some interesting features to be worked on. But sadly, it has been stagnating in the last few months.
