Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- First things first: Great team, work is fun!
- Real impact as you quickly see the results in the procurement departments of the "Mittelstand"
- Startup speed: Ship weekly, own what you build, space for new ideas
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No cons at the moment :)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Love the team!
Kommunikation
Still finding some processes and sometimes communication is too detailed – but like this you never miss out something!
