Habe bisher in noch keiner Firma gearbeitet, in der der Zusammenhalt so groß war
Durch das Home-Office ist die Arbeitszeit sehr flexibel gehalten, allerdings "passieren" so auch immer mal wieder Überstunden, oder dass am Wochenende ebenfalls der Rechner eingeschaltet wird. Allerdings liegt das ja an jedem selbst und wird nicht vom Arbeitgeber forciert.
Bei 40 Stunden in der Woche bleibt nicht mehr so viel Life. Aber TACWRK beeinträchtigt mein Privatleben nicht.
