Durch das Home-Office ist die Arbeitszeit sehr flexibel gehalten, allerdings "passieren" so auch immer mal wieder Überstunden, oder dass am Wochenende ebenfalls der Rechner eingeschaltet wird. Allerdings liegt das ja an jedem selbst und wird nicht vom Arbeitgeber forciert.
