Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
-Exciting tasks
- Very good salary
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In my opinion everyone is very motivated and stands behind the product.
Work-Life-Balance
Very good. In some periods where there is a lot to do, there is the need to do a lot, but then on other weeks it is also less again. So the overall balance is very good.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is a budget to spend on education.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In our department very good. We help each other wherever we can
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very respectful and open.
Kommunikation
Most of the time very good. Improvement is always possible I guess
Interessante Aufgaben
At the moment the development process is very fast and it therefore it is also a lot to learn and it is exciting. My tasks are changing depending on the stage of development, we are in at the moment. I do like that change a lot.
