If you are not aware of what your superior expects from you, please don't be afraid and reach directly out to them. 'Understand' is one of our core values, so don't be afraid to ask 'Why'.
The same goes for our core value 'Develop'. If you feel that that your professional development does not go the path you expected, please always feel empowered to speak up to your manager or to HR.
Regarding the office equipment, this was just upgraded and we provide Mac Hardware as well as company phones for certain roles.
