Über einen Zeitraum von 4 Jahren war ich in verschiedenen Positionen innerhalb des Unternehmens tätig, darunter in der Entwicklungsabteilung, im Business Development, im Vertrieb und im Datenschutz. Diese breit gefächerten Rollen gewährten mir nicht nur umfassende Einblicke in unterschiedliche Unternehmensbereiche, sondern förderten auch meine berufliche Entwicklung.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass keinerlei Micromanagement betrieben wird. Dies ermöglichte es, meine Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu gestalten und persönlich zu wachsen. Die intensive Unterstützung von Fortbildungsmaßnahmen betont das deutliche Engagement des Unternehmens für anhaltende berufliche Weiterbildung.
Es war eine inspirierende Zeit des persönlichen und beruflichen Wachstums in einem Umfeld, das aktiv die individuelle Entwicklung fördert, 100% Weiterempfehlung!
Ein Bereich, der für Verbesserung in Betracht gezogen werden könnte, betrifft die Struktur als vollständig remote arbeitendes Unternehmen (es sei denn, man verbringt regelmäßig Zeit am Hauptstandort) Obwohl die Flexibilität des Remote-Arbeitens sehr geschätzt wird, wäre es schön, wenn es mehr Gelegenheiten gäbe, die Kolleginnen und Kollegen persönlich zu treffen.
Die Möglichkeit, remote zu arbeiten, bietet zweifellos viele Vorteile, insgesamt könnte aber eine etwas ausgewogenere Mischung aus Remote-Arbeit und persönlichen Begegnungen die Arbeitskultur weiter verbessern und das Gefühl der Zusammengehörigkeit innerhalb des Teams stärken.
I had the possibility to work as a subcontractor inside this company in the development department for about 1 year.
And I want to leave good feedback about this company and the people with whom I worked. I spent a wonderful time in this company.
During this period I've implemented and improved my technical and management skills. Received a big knowledge in the Tax area, New Technologies: machine learning, Payment Systems, etc.
And had the possibility to work with good seniority specialists and amazing people.
Startup with its atmosphere
Need to work with a strict deadline but the atmosphere is friendly.

Sometimes it's very perceptible. It depends on the urgency of the business, lack of resources and C-Level miscommunication but this can be attributed to the fact that this is a startup and all these points are in the process of improvement. Сompany Management is trying to optimize this point.

The team worked together great. Upper management gives high pressure.
