TCS is like a youngster. It is still ready to mold and does adapt to new challenges. We need to push and emphasize on that - it is critically necessary.

Solve above mentioned gaps. I also see that on the global market there is a lot of staff churn. TCS still has to embrace that and respond to the challenge to keep employees.

The team is still working fine and mood seems ok but churn is increasing which is a strong indicator that something changed.

the organization has a big communication problem. It started when Covid forced all to operate from home. All communication increased and has by now completely lost its balance.

Luckily we are working with lots of expats who have a good motivation.

Expectations need to be managed continuously. Otherwise it gets out of hand also because of the high team motivation.

Everybody tries her/his best, but the structure of the org. makes it difficult to get things right. Prove is the most recent union meeting in Germany.

Has not changed. It is good.
Gleichberechtigung
the organization is pushing it. It might still fail, but it is a good approach trying. This topic is not only a male/female issue but also between colleagues as part of the general cooperation.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The Indian culture brings in a lot of humble respect as a company culture and I cannot complain on that level, but we will see how things evolve.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The company dies not yet support set up of home offices and is missing guidance in that. Otherwise it is good.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
I think the organization tries to be strong on this. How successful it can claim it is, I am not sure, as I have little reference points.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
As all organizations it is having the staff paying for too many expenses and management is having high salaries. That is obvious even if the detailed numbers are not visible.
