So distributed that it is difficult to judge the company internal atmosphere - I am out in the field to much.
Within the core organization that is very good. In the field it gets more strained, but in general it is reasonable.
The company works hard to establish it but as we are working from remote there is little interaction beyond and above the immediate project. But there it is fine at this stage - this is project specific and changes with clients.
Interesting is to change client whenever there is a need or will. Thus this is never going to be boring.
As good as it gets if everybody is out and about. Modern technologies is key enabler to allow internal communication.
I do not see any issues, but have little visibility in the intestines of the organization as I am out to much.

Karriere / Weiterbildung
Difficult in a structure as TCS, but TCS tries what it can. The market situation does its part to it, but the business model limits opportunities for me. Training is virtually not possible as the delivery situation does not allow for the needed time.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
no further comment.
If I was in-house it would be good, but as I work mobile that is no measure to judge. Working on the train or on the plane only makes it limited positive. But that is inherently part of the business model.
Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
Good as far as I can judge - Inherently it is a work with a lot of traveling but the option to working from home-office definitely optimizes the energy footprint. Socially TCS is very active in the public and I consider it positive.
Difficult in my role I am between TCS and the client and both pull beyond all limits. Thus I have to actively limit the impact and that is a strain in itself. On the other side the company does what it can to support us in our role.
Good with limitations throughout Europe.
- There is a constant observation of over-commitment by the organization which is then to be carried through by the employees. That is a strain that is not going away as far as I can see and it will need active push back by management - which in turn is inherently conflicting with the business model of TCS.
The flexibility to work from home as much as reasonably possible and TCS has shown to be a trustworthy organization as far as it gets to this point.
Processes are to heavy and things take for ever. This is counter productive for the business process and for delivery to the client.
