Well , I was lucky just to experience the Job interview and not to actually work here. AND it was a horrendous experience. Would you take the job in Germany if a HR lady tells you " You are one man team and you will be given only 6 months contract and we will see how it goes " ? are you seriously kidding me?
HR lady as well as so called " BOSS" hardly had a clue what they wanted ..again ..typical " want to have EVERYTHING for Nothing " mentality.
Whats quite fascinating to see nowadays is a BOSS with 15 HR Ladies with " Unbefristetes Vertrag" wanting to recruit a technical personnel in a tech based company for 6 months and hoping that she will work hard like a robot with the fear of getting fired .... nice Strategy . :)
