Management-Style, behaviour of management towards employees can be significantly improved in my opinion. There seems to be lots of micro-managing and no trust in employees which leads to management being overwhelmed.

Mostly good with the team, however management behaviour and issue handling creates lots of discomfort

Communication is overall bad, everything has to go through management.
Work-Life-Balance
Overall Workload is manageable, homeoffice and work schedule changes are possible, however have to be approved every single time. You also get the feeling that there is no trust that work is being done in Homeoffice. Set working hours from 8-12 and 13-17.
Interessante Aufgaben
depending on tasks you could learn a lot, especially in IT - besides IT I don't feel this will further improve your CV / Experience - also it is often not clear what responsibilites employees have
