It's ok but the lack of communication and organization reflects on the lack any true team spirit.

It was alright, as long as no impossible deadline was close and even then there was not a lot of pressure.

It can't go well because of the work not going well.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They didn't put a lot of pressure which was good. But lack any real vision and are not aware of the all the operational issues that eat up any possibility of putting out any kind of real product.
Kommunikation
Very poor. Since there is zero organization imposed by the managers it is chaos on all fronts.
Interessante Aufgaben
In general the projects and technologies were very interesting, but everything is short term.
