Since we have a new CEO now Global All Hands has been implemented every two months or so which gives you a better understanding on what is going on in the company.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Colleagues are very friendly and collaborative. There is less collaboration between "Consumer Unit" and the "Industry Unit" colleagues which could be improved to feel as "one team".

Work-Life-Balance

This is tesa's superpower from my perspective.

Interessante Aufgaben

Most tasks are interesting but can be overshadowed by internal bureaucracy. This is tesa's biggest area of opportunity in my opinion.
