Suggestions for improvement
Look closer what happens in the business support entities. TI is supposed to be one of the worlds most ethical companies. You show CEO Posters in the meeting rooms that state that law has to be followed. What a farce!

German working laws get ignored. You will get drowned in work and not be able to accomplish it in the contractual stated working time. With unpaid over time up to 60 hrs per week can happen.

Only to show it in the press or on social media.
Salary/Benefits
On first view very well paid and many additional benefits. But when considering the load they put on you it is not better than anywhere else.
